Videos uploaded to the Photo/Document manager do not push to any 3rd party sites at this time.
If you would like to upload videos to a public-facing adoption site linked to your Shelter Buddy site via a VPM, this can be achieved by uploading to YouTube first, then adding them to the YouTube Videos link in the Animal Menu. The third-party sites such as adoptapet.com also use this link, so videos uploaded there should automatically push to Adoptapet's site, but check with Adoptapet support for troubleshooting tips and to make sure the videos are included in your feed.
Petfinder doesn't currently have a way to accept videos (or video links) through the software import to them. They can only be attached after the pet has been added, at https://pro.petfinder.com/
