Add, Edit, Delete Body Score Types

This process allows users to create their own Body Score Type exams, available on saved Physical / Visual Exams via the Animal Menu on the Animal Details page. 

Users will require access to the Administration menu to perform this task.

• From the Welcome / Search page, select the Administration link in the left-hand menu.
• Find and select the link Edit Drop Down Lists
• In the top "quick entry" section of the Edit Drop Down Lists menu, find the option Body Score Types and click the Edit link on the left of it. 

To Add a new Body Score Type:

1. Place your mouse cursor into the text box and type the name of your Body Score Type exam.
2. Click Enter
3. The item will now appear in the list above, alphabetically. 

To Edit or Delete an existing Body Score Type:

1. Hover your mouse cursor over the item to be edited until a small pencil-shaped icon appears on the left.
2. Click on the pencil and the option will appear in a text box. Make changes to the text as required.
3. Click the green tick mark or the red cross (x) on the right of the entry to either save or discard your changes. 
4. To Delete an option, remove the tick mark from the Show column before clicking on the green tick mark. This will disable the option and hide it so users cannot create new ones, but retains the information in history. Body Score Types can only be shown or hidden, they cannot be completely deleted. 

To add a Body Score Image to a Body Score Type:

1. Locate the Body Score Image type in the Value list and click the Body Score Image link on the right. 
2. Select an option from the drop-down. Options available are: 
• Full Body
• Eyes Only
• Teeth Only
3. Click Update to apply your changes.
