How do I email license renewals directly from Shelter Buddy?

Currently, there isn't a process that can email license renewal notices directly from Shelter Buddy, unless you have our Online Licensing module.

However, the License Renewal Report (262) allows you to export into excel, so you can then use a email service such as mailchimp.com to import people.

Its hard to say if you can use a mail service like this as you may have complex renewal emails, a quick google found that you could achieve this using merge tags:
