The syncing tool has been built for Causeview (http://www.causeview.com/) which is a layer that sits on top of salesforce. ShelterBuddy syncs data with Causeview using the SalesForce API's, we can integrate directly with sales force as well if Causeview is not a product you would like.
This syncing tool attracts additional fees, including an ongoing monthly charge.
