Enhancements
Animal Name
The animal name history now records the user that made the change and also when they updated the animal's name. From the animal details page, the (h) link next to the animal name field will open the history to view the changes:
The Adopted List report (196) and Adopters Report (222) are also updated to include the option to show the pets name at time of adoption. This report will only show for adoptions from the upgrade forward, no adoptions previous to this upgrade this is due to having any date information for older name changes.
Scheduling
From the scheduling dashboard is a new button to search for available time:
Clicking this button will load a new search form to find an available appointment time for the person.:
Clicking the book button will load the standard appointment form which will default the time and the location and appointment type for the booking.
Reports
Upgraded reports that use the new filter page that is compatible with mobile and tablet devices, now has a new option to increase the font size.
Asilomar and Maddies Reports
The incoming source of Abandoned has been added to the “From the Public” counts and the “what does this report do” description has been updated to clarify that the source of “Euthanasia Request with Consent to Rehome” is treated the same way as the source of “Pending Medical Evaluation”; the report itself was not changed for this.
Council / Agency Reconciliation report (334)
This report is now updated to remember the filters that were chosen and the filter page is mobile / tablet friendly.
Adopted and Came Back Report (678)
This report is now updated to remember the filters that were chosen and the filter page is mobile / tablet friendly. This report also now has a sub status filter and the option to select the sub status to display on the report.
*New Person Notes Report (737)
This report displays all the running notes entered from the top of the person page (discussion notes, donor notes etc). It is under the administration reports so that this report can be blocked if there is sensitive information in the person's notes.
*New Animal Birthday Report (739)
This report lists adopted animals that are not deceased and were not returned, where the animals birthday falls within the date range of the report.
