Call Center Report Group
The call center report group is no renamed to "Lost And Found". This is because all the reports under this report group are reports that deal specifically with lost & found animals.
Enhancements
Scheduling
When making a scheduling appointment, you can now enter notes to the appointment:
These notes will show up when viewing the appointment when the person arrives, when editing and also when hovering over the appointment in any of the calendar views:
If an animal ID is attached to the booking, the notes will be automatically entered to the animal's General Animal Notes link on their animal details page.
Return Reason Administration
The link to add / edit / delete return reasons has moved slightly, it is still found under administration > edit drop down lists, however it is now in the top section rather then then bottom section of this website. This change was made so that return reasons could be entered more easily in a rapid entry screen.
Bulk Move Animals Via Barcode
Bulk Move Animals Via Barcode
Using the "Bulk move animals to new kennel" process with a bar code scanner will now automatically add a cleaning request for each kennel. This will be only for kennels that are set in as "has prompt for cleaning", as long as it does not already have a cleaning request in the future. To set up a prompt for cleaning you navigate to the main search page, then click "Kennel Cleaning Requests" then under "kennel options" click the "kennel" link. From here find the kennels to update and update to yes/no for the column "Has Prompt For Cleaning?"

Mailing List Report (1)
This report is updated to our new filter format and performance is improved to run faster. A new option to show the "person acquired from" field is now also included.
New Foster Homes (681)
A new filter has been added for foster carer's preferences.
Donation Report (390)
This report will now have the option to select multiple regions at once, and it will also display the region the receipt was created at in the report.
Incare Detail List (656)
This report now has the option to show size.
Adopters Report (222)
This report now has the option to show size.
Adopted List (196)
This report now has the option to show size.
Lyssavirus Vaccination Report (110)
The report now has new filters and new columns display, it now also exports to excel.
*New Animals Vaccinated or Desexed By Internal / External Sources (722)
This report displays animals based on a vet treatment given date, or the spay / neuter date. it is used to track how busy a clinic is for external and internal clinic services.
*New Vet Test Tracking Report (723)
This report allows you to select a test and a result and show the animal details, it's outcome, owner details, the result of the test and a total. This is helpful for heart worm positive animal tracking.
*New Person Mailing List Subscriptions (721)
This report lists the person and what mailing lists they are subscribed to.
*New Daily Record Of Council Impounds Detailed (719)
This report is for agency / council billing. Animals are invoiced for a maximum of the number of days while they are in care.
*New Daily Record Of Council Impounds Summary (720)
This is the same as the detailed report but a summary version.
