Is there a way to make Scheduling Calendar show Standard Time not Miliatary Time?

The reason the calendars in scheduling use 24 hour time is that it is too difficult to read and understand with regular time. It would be too easy for people to accidentally confuse am with pm when creating appointments. 

Unfortunately, we cannot change this at this time.
