Using Med Buddy Medication App

Follow

This process takes you through using the Med Buddy Medication App. This App was designed so you can process animal medications easily and on the go.

* Med Buddy is not currently compatible with some models of Android phone. We are working on the issue but if you cannot see Med Buddy in the App Store, then this will be the issue. We will update when this issue is resolved.

For best results, we recommend you enable QR Codes on your Kennel Cards. Contact support@shelterbuddy.com to have QR codes enabled on your kennel card.

Installing the App

For Android phones, install apps by firing up the Play Store app on your phone or tablet. You’ll find the Play Store in your app drawer and likely on your default home screen. You can also open it by tapping the shopping bag-like icon at the top-right corner of the app drawer.  Once opened simply search "Med Buddy" and it should be listed.  Then just simply tap the install button.

For iPhones and Apple devices, install the app by searching for it in the App store. It will load an icon showing a paw with a cross in the centre. Tap to open.
