Have you noticed that when you print an indemnity, strange text or odd characters are appearing amid the text that you didn't put there - specifically around areas like apostrophes and quotation marks?
Does it have odd breaks in the text causing it to bunch up on one side?

This happens when information is copied directly from a Word document (or a PDF generated from a Word document) and pasted into SB. Word uses a-typical characters that aren't universal and that SB can't recognise, so it replaces them with code.
Apostrophes, quotation marks and symbols or bullet points are typically affected.
Unfortunately, there's no quick fix for this: it's just a matter of manually going through your indemnities and correcting the Word characters in Notepad until they are all correct again.
