How the Activ4Pets partnership program works:
After shelter pet adoption process is complete and noted as such in Shelter Buddy system, Activ4Pets will automatically transfer the adopted pet’s profile information and any health records directly from the Shelter Buddy software into the new Pet Adopter’s Activ4Pets account overnight. The Pet Adopter receives an email to login into their Activ4Pets account and to download the free app. This account gives the Pet Adopter immediate access to vital information (pet age, breed, adoption date, vaccinations, allergies, microchip # and more) via their smartphone or computer.
Special Price for Shelter Buddy Shelter Partners:
Currently, the Activ4Pets yearly subscription retail price is $24 per year, however through this partnership a non-profit reduced price is set at only $6 per subscription (75% discount) that can be added to the pet adopter’s adoption fee (a minimal cost) that will help generate new revenue shared between your animal shelter, Shelter Buddy and Activ4Pets. To drive additional revenue for your shelter, Activ4Pets handles renewing the Activ4Pets subscriptions the following years with the members and continues to share the revenue from subscription renewals with your shelter year 2, 3, 4 and on allowing your shelter to significantly increase revenue, year on year between new pet adopters and renewing Activ4Pets members.

Enhancements
Animal Page Views
Page views for the animal details, medical notes and behavior assessment pages are now logged against the user and the user's IP address. A report is available to list the users that have viewed an animal called the "Page Access Audit Report". The view logs are only available for 2 years, after this they are removed.
Drug Tracking
The admin area for drug tracking now has the ability to edit bottle names. This is under administration > drug administration > drug usage tracking. This is so users can now fix simple data entry mistakes on the bottle names.
Animal Details - Previous Spayed / Neutered
The previously spayed / neutered field will now save on the animals source history. When adding an animal you can select the previously spayed neuter option and when editing the animal you can click the (h) link next to source history to see its previously spayed neuter history. When editing an animal and changing its previously spayed neutered value this will update the animals most recent source history as well.
Wildlife Accession
When entering an accession number for a wildlife animal this number will now go to history. There is also now a (h) history link next to the accession number so that you can view previous accession numbers. The advanced animal search will also search all accession number history when using this search field.
Reports
Active Licenses (383)
This report is updated to our new report filter page so you can select multiple issuing authorities, states and the filters can be used on mobile or tablet devices.
Adhoc Reporting Module
Animal Details Entity
This entity will now include Sub-Status, Sub-Status Date, Current Age in years, VIP Tag, Old Database Number, Spay/Neuter Animal Type (the type in Status History on or before the Spay/Neuter/Desex date), and Current Kennel Sort (a field for sorting the kennels numerically so that Kennel 9 comes before Kennel 10)
Incoming Evaluation Dates Entity
This entity will now include Sub-Status, Sub-Status Date
Put Animal on Hold Entity
This entity will now include Sub-status, and sub-status date, current age years and months.
Vet Consult Simple Details Entity
This entity will now include Sub-Status, Sub-Status Date, Current Kennel Sort (a field for sorting the kennels numerically so that Kennel 9 comes before Kennel 10)
