Receipt Accounts
There will be a new update to the accounts field with some new features, essentially a new search icon that will load a modal for you to search for the account you need.
You can still type the account name or code to find the account in the auto-complete field, but this is an additional method to find the account you need. This is based on feedback that you don't always know the account name or code, for a receipt and its helpful to be able to access a list to find the account. We've gone a step further and although you can now see a list, you can also filter the list if you are having trouble finding the account.
To also help users when first loading the receipt page you are greeted with a short 3-click tour that is only shown once (but clicking the help button will restart the tour):
You may have seen this already during our last updates, but it is our goal to use these short tours as a way to show users new changes without impacting their workflow throughout the day.
Enhancements
Scheduling
When making a scheduling appointment, the mini calendar will now only show the opening / closing times of the location selected. If the location is closed (for example close between 12:00 and 1:00 for lunch), there will now be a closed block. This is a visual aid to help when trying to find available times for people.
The opening and closing times will now show in the top and bottom corners, and also some new helpful links to scroll to the top and bottom of the mini calendar.
Products & Services Administration
The product & services administration will now allow you to see inactive products. When viewing the list of products you will now see a filter option to show inactive, active only, or all.
Reports
In Care Inventory Report (226)
This report now uses the new filters page so that it will remember what you last chose to run the report. It will also now include a new optional column for bonded pair animals where it will show the animal ID's currently linked to the animal for the bonded pairs.
Registration Payments Received Reports Detail (695)
This report now will allow you to select which columns show in the report. You can set defaults for this via administration > report administration, so you don't have to select the same columns each time. This report will now also use the new filter page to remember what filters you selected when running the report.
Membership Renewals Report (25)
This report has been updated to the new filter page and it will now have the option to export with or without formatting in excel.
