Dispatch - Selecting Additional Officers

The dispatch page has had an update for selecting additional officers.  Previously it would be a small scrolling drop down and difficult to see which officers were selected.  With this update you can see which officers are assigned more easily:

Then clicking the drop down list "select assisting officers" will then show the additional officers that can be selected:

Vet Consultations - Create Follow Up

Vet consultations can now have follow ups created.  From the vet consultation page (or also on an existing vet consult) there is a new link "create follow up":
Clicking this will create a new consult for the animal with the following additional feature that the primary reason for consult will default to original consults reason.  Reporting will still be the same with follow up consultations included with normal consultations.
 

Dispatch

On the dispatch page a new warning has been included for violations and citations.  The user will now see an exclamation icon next an attached person of interest if they are attached to a job with a violence warning. This is updated to show the icon if they are on a job with a violence warning or if they have at least 1 citation, or they have the "popup shows for inspections / prosecution" check box checked on any other job. Clicking on the icon will bring up a dialog detailing why the icon is showing. If the person has citations, there is a button to click which will take them to a list of the persons citations in a new window / tab.
 

Dispatch - Search

The dispatch search screen has a keyword search feature that is now updated to include more fields in its search, it now searches the following fields:
  • Cross street
  • Vehical Registration
  • Map reference
  • Directions to property
  • Vehicle description
  • Address notes
  • Job details (and all history)
  • Potential violence details
  • Ongoing dispatch notes
  • Inspection / Followup action taken
  • Inspection / Followup futher comments
There is also a new help button to show some details about how this field works and the exact phrasing option works as well.
 

Wildlife

The wildlife has had another update to make processing bulk animals easier.  There are now 2 new links from the wildlife menu page:
  • Rehabilitate Existing Wildlife For Multiple Animals
  • Release to Wildlife Carer Multiple Animals
When clicking these links you will enter the number of animals you are processing and then be prompted for each animal ID.  Processing each animal will be the same where you will change the status and update any other details.  At the end of the rehabilitation process you will have one form for all the animals you processed.

 

Behavior Assessment

The behavior assessment page will now include the asilomar fields for animal category and conditions.  This is for a short cut to staff to enter these details from the behavior page instead of having to go back to the animal details page to update them.
 

Abandoned Animals

There is a new PC available from the person details page for entering abandoned animals.  Much like the stray process you can enter a new animal or existing animal and these animals will default to a new source called "Abandoned".  You have the option of creating a receipt (with default fees entered via administration > fee administration - but this is only available if you are using products & services module), or there is an option to not create a receipt as well.  If you need any specific wording set up for your receipt please contact support and we can add this for you.
 

New Modules

Google Maps

The following features are by default disabled for your site.  If you would like to enable them please email support to find out pricing and to request the feature to be enabled.

Google Maps integration is here!  When this is enabled you will have access to see addresses on a map, and to use google maps for address verification.  This feature is on all address fields, but using the person page as an example, when first adding a person the map will show instead of the usual address fields.  Don't worry though, you can still use the link below the map "Manual Address Entry" to revert back to the normal address fields.  You would use this in the case of when google cannot find the address (for example remote rural areas).  The address will default to your country and state, with an (x) icon to clear so you can start entering your address:

Once you start entering the address google will show suggestions, and once you select it the address is linked to the person.  There may be some instances where you need to select a specific zip/postal code, in this instance you will be automatically taken to the manual address fields to choose the zip/postal code:
Once you save the person and you load their details again, their address will default on the map with the address defaulted in the search box so you have both a map view and the text as well:
When loading an existing person the screen will load as per normal with no map showing, but you can click on the "edit address" button to view the map.  Because of the licensing costs of google maps we decided to default to no map for existing persons to try and keep this module as cost effective as possible.
 

Reports

Incoming Detail List (197)

This report now allows for multiple options in filtering and the formatting when exporting to excel will now be cleared so that you can sort and manipulate the data more easily.  You can now default which fields to show on the report through administration > report administration to make the report easier to run with all the information you are after.  For customers that are opting in to the google maps integration, this report also now has a new map icon in the export options for mapping.  
When using this export option the google map will load with each address from the report plotted.
 

License Renewal (262)

Now when running the license renewal report, there is a new option in the drop down under the existing "letter" option, called "letter - batches".  Selecting this option will load a page to download the first 500 license letters, then a button for the next 500 and so on until the final batch.  When downloading the certificate will be downloaded as Certificate1.pdf, then 2, 3, etc.
 

Adopted List (196)

Dispatch Summary (323)

The dispatch summary report has been updated to include filters to select multiple options instead of the static one option per filter.  The export has also had all formatting removed to make sorting and manipulation of data easier.  The report has also been split into 2, so the dispatch summary (323) will be the summary version, while the new report dispatch summary (detail) (732) is the detailed version of this report.
 

Detailed Dispatch Summary (589)

This report now has the option to include city and zip code allow for sorting by city.
 

Animal Care Days (643)

This report now allows you to select multiple jurisdictions / councils from the animals lost & found address from the intake.
 

*New Refunds Issued (731)

This report will show all the refund receipts created in the system, the user that created, and the person that the refund was given to.  The region filter is based on the receipt batch which was the region the user was logged in as when creating the receipt.
