How do I check if our Home Again sync with Shelter Buddy is working?


You can do this by going into Administration > Home again transfer administration > Transfer History.

From here you will see successful transfers. If you don't see any that means no enrolments were transferred. If you see errors then you can hover your mouse over this to see more details and if you're unsure on anything with the errors then please let us know via and we can look into it for you.
