Hiding Treatments on the Vet Treatment History Form
You now have the ability to hide vet treatment types from showing on the vet treatment history form. To set this up you can go into administration > edit drop down lists > Vet treatments > Edit / Add. From here there is a new option “Show on Vaccination Certificate” which by default is ticked, if you would like a certain treatment type not to show you un-tick this field.
PDF Receipting Improvements
We have been working on the digital signature pdf receipts in the background so they save using our new service and can be emailed as part of the email receipt feature. Previously any signed receipts were unable to be emailed because they were using the old service.
For customers who create the adoption contracts prior to the adoption, these will now be created as pdf’s when the adoption is finalized and the receipt is created.
New Modules
New Ad hoc Reporting Tool
Please refer to the additional PDF for a new feature for ad hoc reporting. This will be an additional price on top of ShelterBuddy and is an opt-in feature.
Reports
Unvaccinated Animals Report (417)
This report has been upgraded to our new reporting module so that it can be exported to pdf, excel etc. There has also been the following fields added to display:
- Incoming person/org
- Kennel #
- Animal name
- Animal ID link
- Animals who's selected vaccine is past due
Declawed Cats Report (380)
This report has been upgraded to our new reporting module so that it can be exported to pdf, excel etc. This report now allows for seeing all in care declawed cats, or outgoing declawed cats within a date range.
Licenses Certificates Report (372)
The external vet field and the external vet notes field from the vet treatment popup now show on this report.
Detailed Dispatch Report (589)
This report now includes a date range filter, previously it would report on all jobs.
Cost of Animal Report (445)
This report now includes option fields for status, status date and incoming date.
*New Incoming-Outgoing Evaluation Category Audit (697)
This report provides data to review the incoming evaluation category to the outgoing evaluation category and look for possible issues.
