Dispatch Entering Property Alert Timer
There is now a new option for an audio alert to sound from the Dispatch Summary pop up when a job is set to the status "Entering Property" to prompt dispatchers to check on their officer's safety when entering potentially dangerous situations. You can now also set a timer to select how much time should elapse between the status being applied and the audio alert beginning to sound.
When changing the job to the status “Entering Property” A new option will show in the status popup to enter the number of minutes before the alert starts:
The job page will show the entering property time and the check in time, and the dispatch summary will start playing the audio alert once the check in time has been reached.
The audio alert is a custom feature. Please contact support if you would like this alert turned on for your site.
Receipt Letter Templates
The receipt letter templates area of the system has had a facelift! This area of the system is used with a report to print out letters for campaign receipts and can be accessed by going to Receipts > Maintain letter templates. The new pages are using our new ShelterBuddy theme, and also a new editor. The list page also now allows you to remove old letters:
When creating a new letter template the editor will look slightly different but will function mostly the same:

This report provides a listing of edits that were made under the Administration Menu on animal source, status, or ownership history records.
