Changes to most contract documents (e.g. Adoption, Surrender, Reclaim etc) can only be made by Shelter Buddy users.
If you require changes to these documents, email clearly marked changes in any format to support@shelterbuddy.com and we will make the changes for you as soon as practical.
If you would like to make changes to Receipt Letters, this can be done via the Receipts link in the left hand menu. Find and click on the link Maintain Letter Templates then either select the template you would like to edit or click Create to add a new one.
If you would like to make changes to documents linked to ID & Services or Emergency Boarding, this can be done in Administration > Edit Drop Down Lists via either Identification PC Type / Event or Emergency Boarding Reason > Receipt Wording.
