Admin - Add, Edit, Delete Suffixes Procedure

This process updates the Suffix drop down list located on the Edit Person Details page.  Only users with administrative access can process this function.

  • Click on the Administration link in the Orange Menu on the left hand side of the screen.
  • Click on the Edit Drop Down Lists

To Add a suffix:

  • Locate the Suffix
  • Click on the Add link to add a new suffix. This will generate a popup window.
  • Suffix: enter the suffix.
  • Click Add Suffix. The popup window will disappear.

To Edit a suffix:

  • Locate the Suffix
  • Click on the Edit link to edit an existing suffix. This will generate a popup window.
  • Suffix: click on the down arrow to select the suffix to be altered.
  • New Suffix: enter the new / correct suffix.
  • Click Edit Suffix. The popup window will disappear.

To Delete a suffix:

  • Locate the Suffix
  • Click on the Delete link to delete an existing suffix. This will generate a popup window.
  • Suffix: click on the down arrow to select the suffix to be deleted.
  • Click Delete Suffix. Click   The popup window will disappear.
