This process updates the Suffix drop down list located on the Edit Person Details page. Only users with administrative access can process this function.
- Click on the Administration link in the Orange Menu on the left hand side of the screen.
- Click on the Edit Drop Down Lists
To Add a suffix:
- Locate the Suffix
- Click on the Add link to add a new suffix. This will generate a popup window.
- Suffix: enter the suffix.
- Click Add Suffix. The popup window will disappear.
To Edit a suffix:
- Locate the Suffix
- Click on the Edit link to edit an existing suffix. This will generate a popup window.
- Suffix: click on the down arrow to select the suffix to be altered.
- New Suffix: enter the new / correct suffix.
- Click Edit Suffix. The popup window will disappear.
To Delete a suffix:
- Locate the Suffix
- Click on the Delete link to delete an existing suffix. This will generate a popup window.
- Suffix: click on the down arrow to select the suffix to be deleted.
- Click Delete Suffix. Click The popup window will disappear.
