Set Up - Administrative Hearing Charges

The Administration link will only display for users that have administrative access to the system.  This allows certain areas of the system to be edited by administrative staff.  This process is to allow charges to be added, edited or deleted from the administrative hearing section of the dispatch area of the system.

 

Charges are the the actual items that are brought against the person such as offences against a specific law, act or regulation. These are primarily used with Cruelty Complaints, but may also be applicable for Animal Control jobs. They normally relate to a specific section of the law, act or regulation they represent.

 

  1. In the left hand menu on the Welcome page click on the Administration link.
  2. On the Administration page click on the Dispatch Administration link.
  3. Go to the Administrative Hearing Charges section.

 

To ADD Charges

  1. Click on the Add ­­­­link.  This will generate the Charge pop up window.
  2. Charge:  enter the title of the Charge
  3. Click Add Administrative Charges.  The popup window will disappear.

 

 

To EDIT Charges

 

  1. Click on the Edit ­­­­link.  This will generate the Charges pop up window.
  2. Charge:  click on the down arrow to select the charge to be edited.
  3. New Charge:  enter the correct title.
  4. Click Edit Administrative Charges.  The popup window will disappear.

 

 

To DELETE Charges, Officers or Outcomes

 

  1. Click on the Delete ­­­­link.  This will generate the Charges pop up window.
  2. Charge:  click on the down arrow to select the charge to be deleted.
  3. Click Delete Administrative Charges.  Click OK.  The popup window will disappear.
