Set Up - Dispatch Request Codes

Follow

The Administration link will only display for users that have administrative access to the system.  This allows certain areas of the system to be edited by administrative staff.  This process is to allow codes to be added, edited or deleted from the dispatch area of the system.

This process is applicable for setting up the cruelty codes for the Dispatch PC for Ambulance Requests, Animal Control Issues, Cruelty Complaints, General Dispatch Requests, and Routine Inspections.

Some examples:

Ambulance:  injured animal, rescue, or large animal down.

Animal Control: Animal at Large, Vicious Attack, Dog Continually Barking, Livestock on Road.

Cruelty Complaints: No Food and Water, No Shelter, Rescue, No Treatment, Cruelty.

Routine Inspections is used for premises inspection or property checks for adoptions, routine inspections of pet shops, boarding establishments etc. This is used when the job is routine and not as a result of a complaint.

General Dispatch can be used to track adoption transfers, document delivery, cremation pickup drop offs etc. These would be listed as request codes in the General Dispatch area.
