Set Up - Administrative Hearing Outcomes

The Administration link will only display for users that have administrative access to the system.  This allows certain areas of the system to be edited by administrative staff.  This process is to allow outcomes to be added, edited or deleted from the administrative hearing section of the dispatch area of the system.

 

Outcomes represent the possible results of a hearing, e.g. Dismissed or Proceeded to Prosecution.

 

  1. In the left hand menu on the Welcome page click on the Administration link.
  2. On the Administration page click on the Dispatch Administration link.
  3. Go to the Administrative Hearing Outcomes section.

 

To ADD Administrative Hearing Outcomes

  1. Click on the Add ­­­­link.  This will generate the Administrative Hearing Outcomes pop up window.
  2. Outcome:  enter the title of the Outcome as applicable.
  3. Click Add Administrative Hearing Outcome.  The popup window will disappear.

 

 

To EDIT Administrative Hearing Outcomes

 

  1. Click on the Edit ­­­­link.  This will generate the Administrative Hearing Outcomes pop up window.
  2. Outcome:  click on the down arrow to select the outcome to be edited.
  3. Outcome:  enter the correct outcome title.
  4. Click Edit Administrative Hearing Outcome.  The popup window will disappear.

 

 

To DELETE Administrative Hearing Outcomes

 

  1. Click on the Delete ­­­­link.  This will generate the Administrative Hearing Outcomes pop up window.
  2. Outcome:  click on the down arrow to select the outcome to be deleted.
  3. Click Administrative Hearing Outcome.  Click OK.  The popup window will disappear.
