Set Up - Dispatch Request Source

The Administration link will only display for users that have administrative access to the system.  This allows certain areas of the system to be edited by administrative staff.  This process is to allow request sources to be added, edited or deleted from the dispatch area of the system.

 

This allows for you to have reporting groups such as public, police, Animal Control Agency, Specific Gov Dept etc.

 

  1. In the left hand menu on the Welcome page click on the Administration link.
  2. On the Administration page click on the Dispatch Administration link.
  3. Go to the Dispatch Request Source section.

 

To ADD Dispatch Request Source

  1. Click on the Add ­­­­link.  This will generate the Add Dispatch Request Source pop up window.
  2. Dispatch Request Source:  enter the title of the source.
  3. Click Add Dispatch Request Source.  The popup window will disappear.

 

 

To EDIT Dispatch Request Source

 

  1. Click on the Edit ­­­­link.  This will generate the Edit Dispatch Request Source pop up window.
  2. Dispatch Request Source: click on the down arrow to select the source to be edited.
  3. New Dispatch Request Source:  enter the correct source title.
  4. Click Edit Dispatch Request Source.  The popup window will disappear.

 

 

To DELETE Dispatch Request Source

 

  1. Click on the Delete ­­­­link.  This will generate the Delete Dispatch Request Source pop up window.
  2. Dispatch Request Source: click on the down arrow to select the source to be deleted.
  3. Click Delete Dispatch Request Source.  The popup window will disappear.
