Unblock Blocked Users

This area is displays users that have tried to log into the system three or more times with the same username but a different password for each attempt as a security to block hackers.  This process allows the user to be unblocked once they have identified themselves as a legitimate user. 

You require access to the Administration menu to utilise these options.

 

  1. Click on the Administration link in the Orange Menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
  2. Click on the Blocked Users link.
  3. To unblock a specific blocked user click on the Unblock link next to the applicable username, recommended.  The screen will refresh and the unblocked user will no longer be listed.
  4. To unblock all blocked users click on the Unblock All link.  Use this with caution.  This is a security system set up to prevent the system from hackers.  Once the release is made all computers that have attempted to access the system are now free to do so once again.
