How do I use the new Digital Signature 6-digit sign-on?

We recently released changes to the digital signature sign-on to make it easier and more secure to use.

To use the new sign-on: 

1. From the Login page, click the button to go to the Digital Signature login as usual. 
2. You will see a screen appear like this one:
3. Until you need to use the signature canvas, this is all you need to do. It will sit on this page and wait for you. No need to sign in. 
4. When you complete a receipt that requires a signature, you will see a new link:
5. Click the link "Login to digital signature table with one-time code"
6. A modal will open displaying a six-digit number like this one:
7. Go to the digital signature canvas.
8. Click the reCAPTCHA box*
   1. *Note: the first time you do this, it will present you with a "click all the boxes showing a ~" challenge. However, you should only have to complete that step once a day. It's to protect your site from bots challenging the sign-in. 
   2. After that first time (per day), you should be able to simply tick the box to continue
9. Use the keypad to enter the digits from the receipt modal (shown as '917045' above) into the relevant fields
10. Click Submit
11. Instead of taking you to a search page, it will take you directly to the contract canvas in question. No need to search, or click edit!
12. Sign as required, accept and finalise. 
13. The tablet will return to the keypad screen and be ready for next use. 

That's it! Easy peasy.

No more saving the user login in your browser, or leaving your site signed in.
