We are frequently asked questions along the lines of the specifications for:
- Size limit of file
- Quantity of files permitted
- File types permitted
When a site is uploading images, videos, audio or documents to their Document Managers wherever they may be, e.g. Animal Details page, Dispatch job page, Vet Documents, Person Details page etc.
At this time, there are currently no limitations to file size or quantity of files permitted to upload.
Permissible file types is a custom setup for each site, but they all start with enc, jpeg, jpg, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf, and txt formats.
To add to this list, please contact support@shelterbuddy.com and let them know the format of the file type you would like to add (e.g. wav, mp4, etc.) and our team will include these for you.
