User Management | Adding New Team Members


As for how they say it, the more the merrier. Build your team in Adopets by following the steps below.

Step 1: Go to Settings and click on Users.

Step 2: Click on Add New User. This brings you to the Add user form.

Step 3: Fill out the Personal Data - Email, Role, and Location and click Invite this user.

This sends out an email invite to the team member and starts the registration process on the new team member's end.

If User is having problem signing up:

  • Depending on how long the your staff members click on the registration email for their shelter staff account, it can be that their invitation has already expired.

  • In these case, you need to login into your rescue site Settings, click Users and check if that person still has their user status as pending, like the one below.

  • In these cases, we should go ahead and resend them the invitation to the account. To do so, just hover over this "i" information icon, click on Send another invite and confirm
