As of now, being able to edit the information you have saved as your adoption application isn't available.
But don't worry, we already have that feature on our roadmap, and we'll make sure that this is very useful shortly.
As Adopets, we are continuously improving the system to provide a better adoption experience, so be sure to wait for it.
