• For Unarchiving Applications:
> If you accidentally Archived an Application, just reach out to us through chat or email at support@adopets.com with the name of the pet and the name of the adopter on the application you wanted to unarchive.
• For Archiving Applications:
> Whenever you put an Application on archive, you need to Add the Reason for Archiving the adoption request as shown on the image below:

The Reason for archiving adoption request can be found at the Adoption Workflow component, within the ⓘ symbol for that Archived step. See the example below for reference.
